Job Title: Manager – Marketing (Techno-Commercial)
Function: New RFQ’s – Automotive Interiors and Exteriors
Job Purpose:
- Lead the marketing and business development efforts for new RFQs
- Drive the conversion of customer requirements into feasible technical specifications
- Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
Reporting To: Senior Management / Department Head
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead RFQ analysis, feasibility study, and identification of deviations
- Guide team in feasibility checks and cost breakdown preparation
- Review and approve tooling lists, BOMs, and RFQs for various components (chroming, painting, rubber, and metal parts)
- To provide business insights for further management decision.
- Conduct and review risk analysis and feasibility assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Identify and implement new technologies in alignment with customer needs.
- To maintain and manage costing overview for all projects.
- Identify the training needs to fellow team and arranging the same.
- Promote ownership and accountability among team members
- Ensure compliance with corporate ethics, management policies, and customer requirements
- Lead efforts for ISO / IATF / customer audits and ensure readiness
- Monitor customer satisfaction report on yearly basis.
- Handling customer portals.
- Approach new customers and establishing communication by providing necessary information.
- Monitor customer property list, provide information to customer wherever needed.
- Monitoring current purchase prices for Raw materials, brought out parts, packaging material on quarterly basis. (Input from purchase department).
