About the Role

The Q Studio is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our luxury brand presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and generating qualified leads while maintaining the premium image of the brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Create strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance The Q Studio’s luxury brand identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
  • Protect and elevate the brand’s premium positioning.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and online campaigns.
  • Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns across relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and KPIs.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and editors to create compelling content.
  • Oversee content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Guide storytelling and creative direction to showcase the studio’s work effectively.

Lead Generation & Business Growth

  • Develop marketing initiatives that generate qualified inquiries and bookings.
  • Track lead sources, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
  • Support sales efforts through marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team and external vendors.
  • Coordinate projects across departments to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury brands, hospitality, events, weddings, or creative industries.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing agencies, influencers, and strategic partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems.
