Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to oversee and guide the marketing operations across our teams in Kuwait and India.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills with the ability to review ongoing projects, provide strategic direction, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and supervise the marketing teams across Kuwait and India
• Provide strategic guidance and direction on ongoing marketing activities and campaigns
• Review marketing plans, campaigns, and operational workflows

Team Management & Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Monitor team productivity, campaign performance, and project timelines
• Support the teams with decision-making and problem-solving

Project Oversight & Quality Control

• Maintain detailed oversight of all ongoing marketing projects and deliverables
• Review creatives, campaigns, branding activities, and operational updates
• Ensure consistency in marketing communication and brand positioning

Operational & Business Support

• Provide recommendations to improve marketing performance and efficiency
• Analyze ongoing activities and suggest corrective actions when required
• Ensure alignment between business goals and marketing execution

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing remote or cross-country teams preferred

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with GCC/Middle East markets is an advantage
• Strategic thinker with strong operational understanding

Pay: From KD300.000 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuwait City
