Job Title: Sr. Marketing ExecutiveJob Industry: JewelryJob Location: DubaiWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead marketing efforts for our jewellery brand, which includes physical retail showrooms, eCommerce platforms, third-party marketplaces, and growing partnership networks. The ideal candidate should bring a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, digital expertise, and execution excellence to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all channels.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand &amp; Retail MarketingDevelop and implement seasonal campaigns, store launch promotions, and in-store activations to enhance footfall and sales.Coordinate visual merchandising efforts and ensure consistent brand identity across all showroom touchpoints.Work closely with retail teams to understand customer preferences, collecting feedback for ongoing improvements.2. Digital Marketing &amp; eCommerceLead performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) to boost online sales and traffic.Work with the creative/content team to execute content strategies for SEO, blogs, emailers, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.Monitor and optimize conversion rates across the brand website and marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).Coordinate with the product and tech teams for seasonal uploads, banner refreshes, discount logic, and UTM tracking.3. Marketplace Channel GrowthDevelop and execute growth strategies for jewellery listed on external marketplaces.Analyze SKU-level performance, ensure listings are optimized, and manage promotional participation.Liaise with account managers and marketplace partners to unlock visibility, deals, and featured placements.4. Influencer &amp; Partnership MarketingIdentify and collaborate with influencers, fashion stylists, and content creators to promote the brand across platforms.Manage existing brand collaborations and propose new strategic alliances to grow brand reach.Create and pitch co-branded campaigns and monitor ROI of influencer engagements.5. Analytics &amp; ReportingTrack KPIs including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), footfall-to-sale ratios, CTRs, etc.Generate regular reports to evaluate marketing performance and present insights with recommendations to management.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, CRM systems, and Excel dashboards.Qualifications &amp; Experience:Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in luxury, retail, jewellery, or fashion sectors.Demonstrated experience in omnichannel marketing: retail, online, marketplace, and partnerships.Strong command of digital marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, Email automation, GA4).Proficient in using Canva, Excel, CRM platforms, and marketplace dashboards.Key Skills:Strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsVisual and brand sensibility for luxury retailData-driven decision-making and analytical skillsStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationJob Type: Full-time
