This role requires strong commercial thinking, data analysis, and coordination with marketing, operations, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities1. Buying &amp; Product Planning<ul><li>Plan and source jewelry collections (gold, silver, diamond, fashion jewelry) based on trends and demand</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams for product selection</li><li>Decide product mix, SKUs, pricing, margins, and launch timelines</li><li>Monitor competitor pricing and market trends</li></ul>2. Inventory Management<ul><li>Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts</li><li>Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and seasonal items</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and operations for stock availability</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory across website, marketplaces, and ERP</li></ul>3. Online Sales &amp; Merchandising<ul><li>Own category sales targets (revenue, margin, conversion)</li><li>Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, filters)</li><li>Ensure correct pricing, offers, bundles, and discounts</li><li>Improve customer journey, upselling, and cross-selling</li></ul>4. Marketing &amp; Growth<ul><li>Plan and execute category-specific marketing campaigns</li><li>Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Influencers, and CRM teams</li><li>Define monthly promotion calendars (festive, seasonal, flash sales)</li><li>Work on retention strategies (repeat purchase, loyalty, email &amp; WhatsApp campaigns)</li></ul>5. Data Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track KPIs:</li><li>Revenue, Margin, AOV, Conversion Rate</li><li>Inventory Turnover</li><li>ROAS &amp; Marketing Spend</li><li>Analyze best-selling and underperforming products</li><li>Share weekly and monthly performance reports with management</li></ul>6.
