Job Description:Burhantec is looking for an experienced IT Sales Executive to lead enterprise sales for our software products, digital solutions, and technology services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies for Burhantec&rsquo;s software solutions, custom applications, automation tools, cybersecurity offerings, cloud services, and IT consulting.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and requirements.</li><li>Prepare and present quotes to clients and negotiate terms of sales agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time.</li><li>Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support.</li><li>Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design proposals, SOWs, and client-specific solutions.</li><li>Provide feedback to Management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM systems.</li><li>Handling IT software products and following up with concerned teams for the smooth process and completion.</li><li>Secure long-term contracts and maintain strong post-sale relationships for upselling and renewals.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation skills. Ability to communicate and relate to subjects, issues, and clients at many levels.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Should have relevant recognized formal qualifications &ndash; University level.</li><li>Experience with B2B software sales, managed IT services, or cloud-based solutions within GCC Market.</li><li>Background and knowledge of IT/System environments (Storage, Server, Network) &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>Experience with enterprise hardware and services solutions.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Languages: Fluency in English &amp; Arabic languages are essential for this job role.</li><li>Strong ability to drive sales growth with client focus and relationship building skills.</li><li>Candidates should hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license.</li></ul>Pay: From KD600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
