Marketing Manager – Welding & Repair

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to grow welding and repair services for oilfield equipment and downhole tools. The role focuses on expanding business within API 6A, API 16A, and API 16C equipment repair markets, driving revenue growth, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement strategies to expand Welding & Repair services in oilfield equipment and downhole tools.
• Identify new opportunities within API 6A, API 16A, API 16C equipment and downhole tools repair markets.
• Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and key account management.

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, service companies, and OEMs.
• Understand client requirements and align welding & repair solutions to meet technical specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical discussions, and service updates.

Technical & Commercial Support

• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop repair proposals and quotations.
• Provide technical marketing support for welding processes, WPS compliance, and consumables selection.
• Support tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations with technical and commercial inputs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing/sales in oilfield equipment repair, welding, or related services.
• Strong customer network and proven background in API 6A, API 16A, API 16C equipment and Downhole tools.
• Understanding of welding repair processes, WPS/PQR requirements, and industry quality standards.
• Track record of achieving business growth and developing new accounts in the oil & gas sector
