Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation (Field-Based):
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients in target sectors (hospitals, schools, manufacturing units, businesses requiring CRM/ERP) through cold visits, networking events, industry conferences, and other direct field outreach methods.
- Conduct on-site initial product introductions and presentations to key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Gather market intelligence, identify client pain points, and understand their specific software needs.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and nurture them towards the sales pipeline.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Company Representation:
- Act as the primary front-line representative of [Your Company Name] in the field, upholding our brand image and values.
- Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition and benefits of our Hospital Management, School Management, CRM, ERP, and Manufacturing software solutions.
- Distribute marketing collateral and information about our products and services.
- Address initial client queries and provide basic information about our offerings.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and foster positive relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide relevant insights gained from field interactions.
- Gather feedback from the field to inform marketing and product development strategies.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field activities, interactions, and lead information in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation progress, market insights, and field challenges.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including expense reporting and activity logging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (X years, e.g., 1-3 years) in field marketing, direct sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the software or B2B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the hospital, school, manufacturing, or general business software market is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable for extensive travel within a region).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹12,387.17 - ₹41,741.60 per month
