Marketing & Media Coordination Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Assistant to liaise with our external media agency and support day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between our company and media agency
- Follow up on campaign deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate briefs, feedback, and approvals
- Track marketing timelines and outstanding tasks
- Provide marketing administrative support (reports, documentation, invoicing, campaign tracking)
- Assist with basic graphic design and marketing materials
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
