Marketing & Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing & Media Executive to join our team at Top Performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the automotive aftermarket industry , particularly in car care, detailing, automotive accessories, customization, performance products, workshops, or automotive lifestyle brands .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow social media platforms through engaging and creative content
• Create photo and video content for products, services, promotions, and automotive projects
• Cover workshop activities, car modifications, detailing works, and customer experiences
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand goals
• Edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for digital platforms
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for content planning and brand visibility
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities within the automotive industry

Requirement s:

• Fluency in Arabic (Written/Spoken) is preferred
• Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket industry such as:
• Car detailing
• Automotive accessories
• Car care products
• Vehicle customization
• Auto workshops/performance shops
• Automotive lifestyle brands
• Strong skills in photography and videography
• Experience in content creation, reels, and social media management
• Proficiency in editing tools and social media platforms
• Qatar-based candidates with valid QID preferred
