Marketing & Modeling Intern **AZ RESIDENTS ONLY**

We are seeking an energetic, responsible individual to join our growing organization! In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, how we currently serve our clients, and how we innovate the industry to provide quality services to our clients. Then we will begin training the interns on how to be a brand ambassador, promotional model, and presenter, creating content for brands, and presenting the work to those brands. This intern starting position has the potential to earn a paid position at the completion of the 90 day Training period.

**Currently Seeking ARIZONA RESIDENTS ONLY FOR AN IMMEDIATE START DATE **

Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage social media inquiries, direct messages, and provide basic company information. Reach out to potential new clients, and do live streams and stories.

• Create additional visual content for social media pages, which include presenting/ speaking on camera, photoshoots, commercials, short films.
• Sit in on client meetings you are representing, take notes and memos during Zoom or Google Meet client meetings.
• Research and gather documentation on potential clients that reach out via social channels
• Attend company functions and networking events (within social distancing guidelines)
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks (remotely with periodic face-to-face meetings & client filming sessions, while adhering to social distancing guidelines).
• Receive training in multiple departments that provide insight on services that can be relayed in the brand ambassador role posts.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Comfort in front of the camera, or a willingness to learn and grow into it.
• Available and open to a wide range of photo shoot/ brand representing styles on a consistent basis.

• Must be 18 years of age
• Located in the state of Arizona
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Comfortable speaking on camera or being coached on how to present properly.
• A desire to learn more about the marketing side of things
• Driven, coachable, rises to challenges and complicated or difficult tasks
• A creative mind, and able to come up with fresh new ideas

• Comfortable advocating/ modeling for a brand in all visual communications
• Comfortable being a consistent face on social media representing multiple brands in a positive manner.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
