Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and marketing-minded professional to take ownership of Familierge’s full marketing function — from social media management and content creation to email marketing, blogs, and SEO.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both creative and analytical tasks, and can think strategically about brand growth. You will play a vital role in developing Familierge’s online presence, growing our audience, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing

● Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

● Design branded visuals, reels, and carousels in Canva, ensuring consistent tone and identity.

● Manage and maintain a monthly content calendar based on strategic goals and engagement trends.

● Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions to nurture community engagement.

● Research and identify trends, hashtags, and influencer collaborations relevant to the UAE family lifestyle market.

2. Content Marketing & Copywriting

● Write and edit blogs, articles, and captions aligned with SEO and content strategy.

● Repurpose content for newsletters, guides, and campaigns to drive audience retention and engagement.

● Research family-related, tourism, and relocation topics to strengthen Familierge’s brand authority.

3. Email Marketing & CRM

● Design and send monthly e-newsletters using Zoho Campaigns.

● Create audience segments, track open rates and click performance, and suggest improvements.

● Maintain contact lists and oversee email automation workflows where applicable.

4. Website & SEO Support

● Update Familierge’s WordPress website with fresh content, offers, and blog articles.

● Optimise web copy and metadata for SEO to improve search visibility.

● Track web traffic using Google Analytics and provide reports with actionable insights.

5. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support

● Develop creative ideas for campaigns and online initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

● Support digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads) and monitor performance metrics.

● Research partnership and collaboration opportunities with local brands, influencers, and media.

● Analyse marketing data and create monthly reports summarising key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

● Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.

● Strong understanding of social media management, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy.

● Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar).

● Experience using email marketing software such as Zoho Campaigns or MailChimp,

● Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics.

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

● Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

● Creative thinker who can generate new marketing ideas and take initiative.

● Must have own laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.

● Must have own visa.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
