Position Title: Marketing Officer
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts (content posting, engagement, analytics).
- Create and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Content Creation & Branding
- Support in planning and producing marketing content (videos, photos, graphics).
- Ensure all marketing materials follow the company’s brand standards.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and agencies when required.
- Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and monthly campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Participate in brainstorming and presenting creative ideas.
- Events & Activations
- Support in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendors for events.
- Lead Generation & CRM
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads through CRM systems.
- Work with sales to support lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns.
- Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversion metrics.
- Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Projects) to ensure aligned messaging.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers whenever needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of design tools is a plus.
