Marketing Officer (Elita) — Job DescriptionJob Summary

Elita is a modern women’s fashion brand rooted in elegance, confidence, and individuality. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team and help elevate Elita’s presence across Qatar and beyond.

The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that strengthen our brand identity, deepen customer loyalty, and drive sales across both retail stores and e-commerce. This role requires a strong feel for fashion, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn trends and insights into campaigns that inspire and convert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Campaign Leadership: Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital + in-store) that reflect Elita’s identity, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable growth in traffic and sales.
  • Content Strategy & Storytelling: Own Elita’s content calendar and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms. Coordinate seasonal launches, new arrivals, promotions, and brand moments.
  • Shoot & Collaboration Management: Plan and manage photoshoots, lookbooks, fashion activations, and influencer/creator collaborations that highlight Elita’s elegance and versatility.
  • Social Media Excellence: Lead social media strategy end-to-end—content creation, community engagement, paid campaigns, and performance analysis—with a strong focus on aesthetic quality and brand tone.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Track fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform campaign direction, product positioning, and audience targeting.
  • Creative Coordination: Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and graphic artists to maintain a refined and cohesive Elita visual identity.
  • Data & KPI Reporting: Monitor and report marketing performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, ROAS/ROI), and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Retail Marketing: Support store growth through seasonal in-store campaigns, window/visual promotions, events, and loyalty programs that enhance customer experience.
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that marketing priorities reflect product availability, sales targets, and customer demand.
  • Brand Reputation & Customer Care: Protect and strengthen Elita’s reputation through responsive, professional handling of customer feedback across channels.
  • B2B Growth Support: Assist in B2B outreach and partnerships (corporate attire, boutique supply, co-branding) through tailored offers and collaboration campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or luxury/aspirational brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Proven experience working with influencers/creators, campaign production, and photoshoot coordination.
  • Confident using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify/website dashboards, etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
