Marketing Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support our accounting, auditing, and tax consulting services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and support the growth of our service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns tailored to accounting, tax, and audit services.

Create content for social media, website, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Manage social media platforms and track engagement to optimize performance.

Coordinate with the business development team to generate leads and support client acquisition.

Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Maintain and update company CRM and client database.

Assist in organizing events, webinars, and client outreach activities.

Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in marketing; experience in accounting, auditing, or tax consulting industry is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create compelling content and marketing materials.

Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing performance.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
