Role Description

SiSUN ELECTRIC Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and proactive Marketing Officer to support our growing sales and customer engagement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing leads, coordinating with Marketing and sales team, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients.

The role combines customer communication, lead management, and marketing coordination to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers
• Conduct outbound calls for lead follow-ups and customer engagement
• Maintain and update customer leads in CRM/software accurately
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for meetings and site visits
• Assist in lead qualification and customer follow-up process
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of customer interactions
• Assist in social media inquiry handling and customer engagement
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required
• Ensure professional communication with clients at all times

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer dealing, telesales, sales coordination, or marketing support roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Target-oriented and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with Excel/CRM systems and reporting is a plus
• Basic understanding of solar or technical products will be preferred
• Candidates residing near office location will be preferred
