Marketing Officer(Emirati National)

Title: Marketing Officer

Scope of Job Activities:

- Develop Campaigns and Marketing Strategies

- Marketing Materials Creation and Distribution

- Online Presence Management

- Market and Community Outreach

- Prospecting Leads and Conversion

- Market Research and Analysis

- Monitoring and Evaluation

- Training and Education

- Continuous Improvement

Main Function:

- Collaborate with the team or management to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to the target audience and local market conditions.

- Design and oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content (e.g. social media posts, website content, and video content) in accordance with standards and guidelines set by Ministry of Health, Department of Health and other governing authorities, to effectively showcase our services and benefits.

- Manage the facility's online presence by updating its website, social media profiles, and online directories with engaging content and responding to inquiries or reviews promptly.

- Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to raise awareness of its services and build relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

- Implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into admissions, including targeted outreach campaigns and referral programs.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Provide training and education to staff members on marketing initiatives, brand messaging, and customer service standards to ensure alignment with company goals and values.

- Keep track of marketing activities, expenses, leads generated, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports for management to assess the performance of marketing initiatives and inform decision-making.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends to continuously improve marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.

Work Environment:

Office and Field based position

Qualifications, Skills & Competency Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

- Previous experience in marketing, preferably health care industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency and active in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
