About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing & Operations Assistant to support the Executive Assistant with marketing tasks, digital content creation, community outreach, and daily operational needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with practical support tasks to help keep the EA’s workload smooth and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the EA’s calendar (work, school, personal)
- Design digital assets, event materials, and social templates in Canva
- Assist with content scheduling, email marketing, and social media support
- Support outreach for podcast guests and community partners
- Help prepare meeting documents, agendas, and marketing materials
- Attend networking events on behalf of the EA when needed
- Assist with SEO basics, link updates, and simple website edits
- Organize files, track lists, event materials, and project folders
- Assist with recruiting interns and volunteers
- Run errands, manage printing tasks, and support logistics
Qualifications
- Canva proficient (required)
- Experience with marketing tools like Mailchimp or Adobe is a plus
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Detail-focused with strong follow-through
- Comfortable attending events and interacting with partners
- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
