We’ve been in business for nearly 25 years, with 14 full-time, U.S.-based employees supporting ~200 businesses across the U.S. and Canada.

We help companies move 100% of their IT infrastructure into Microsoft 365 — eliminating most on-premises IT infrastructure. Our IT systems do everything inside Microsoft 365: emails, files, phones, security and device management.

Our CEO creates YouTube-based thought leadership content that drives inbound demand. That content — combined with paid advertising — feeds our marketing funnel, which then feeds our sales pipeline.

Until now, the CEO has managed this entire system.

Now we need someone to run the execution engine behind it.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a high-level strategy role.

This is a hands-on execution and coordination role where you take one piece of content and turn it into a complete, functioning marketing system.

You’ll work directly with the founder to:

  • Build campaigns
  • Coordinate content
  • Publish assets
  • Keep everything moving consistently

If you enjoy organizing, executing, and improving systems — this role will fit you very well.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Content & Execution

  • Take long-form YouTube videos and turn them into clips, Shorts, and ad-ready content
  • Coordinate with our video editor (you are not the editor, but you guide the process)
  • Publish and manage content across YouTube and related channels
  • Ensure content is properly titled, tagged, described, and scheduled

Paid Media Support

  • Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Video + Search)
  • Organize keyword groups and negative keyword systems
  • Upload audiences and manage remarketing campaigns
  • Assist in turning video content into paid campaigns

Website & Funnel Execution

  • Update landing pages and blog posts (WordPress)
  • Implement SEO basics (URLs, meta descriptions, structure)
  • Ensure alignment between ads → landing pages → messaging

Ongoing Operations

  • Track performance metrics and report weekly
  • Help improve cost per qualified lead over time
  • Keep projects moving without constant oversight
  • Coordinate tasks across tools (Google Ads, YouTube, WordPress, internal systems)

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a social media “posting” role
  • Not a content creator role (you won’t be the face of content)
  • Not a high-level marketing strategist role
  • Not an agency environment juggling multiple clients

This is focused, structured, B2B marketing execution.

You’re a Great Fit If:

  • You like getting things done more than just talking about ideas
  • You’re organized and detail-oriented
  • You can manage multiple moving parts without dropping things
  • You’re comfortable working directly with a founder
  • You enjoy improving systems over time
  • You prefer long-term ownership vs short-term contract work

Experience We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years in digital marketing, paid media, or content operations
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search required, Video a plus)
  • Familiarity with YouTube (uploading, optimizing, basic analytics)
  • Experience working with content, campaigns, or marketing funnels
  • WordPress or CMS experience preferred
  • GA4 familiarity is a plus

Certifications (Google Ads, GA4, etc.) are helpful but not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
