As a Marketing Operations & Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You will join a dynamic marketing team, leveraging data insights to drive strategic decisions, enhance campaign performance, and streamline operational processes across various marketing technology platforms.
Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Manage and optimize our marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
Ensure data integrity and consistency within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other marketing technology stacks.
Collaborate with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing operations with broader business objectives.
Implement and refine marketing processes, best practices, and governance for improved operational efficiency.
Forecast marketing performance and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Demonstrated ability to perform data visualization and create insightful reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Certifications in marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
Understanding of marketing attribution models and their application.
