Description
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Data & Insights Lead to architect and scale the measurement systems, analytics logic, and automation that power operational decision-making across our marketing channels (web, email, notifications, SEO, and more). This role sits at the core of how Marketing drives impact, enabling speed, precision, and scale across every channel.
In this role, you will build the data models, baseline logic, monitoring systems, and reporting infrastructure that provide clear visibility into performance, engagement health,operational load, and execution quality. Your work will turn fragmented, high-volume data into structured systems that make marketing more efficient, consistent, and resilient.
Reporting is a core pillar of the role.
You will architect and deploy scalable, self-service dashboards and executive views that track operational health and channel effectiveness, while also designing the underlying logic that powers automated alerts, anomaly detection, baseline comparisons, and decision frameworks.
Working across large, complex datasets, you will create durable analytics solutions and lay the groundwork for AI-enhanced operational intelligence.","responsibilities":"Define and implement the data structures, analytical frameworks, and measurement standards that support operational decision-making across marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing automation frameworks using SQL, Python, or similar tools
Familiarity with marketing channel data and operational analytics
Experience integrating AI or LLM driven logic into analytics or monitoring systems
Background supporting cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field
Advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience modeling and querying large,complex datasets in Snowflake
Strong expertise in Tableau for building scalable, automated reporting systems Experience designing monitoring logic and operational measurement frameworks
Demonstrated ability to transform fragmented data into structured, durable analyticssystems that drive business impact
BS degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or related quantitative discipline

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
