Marketing Operations Designer

About the Role

Niko Niko Boba is growing, and we’re looking for an in-house Marketing Operations Designer to bring our brand to life across stores, campaigns, digital platforms, and collaborations.

This role is ideal for someone with commercial design experience who enjoys fast turnarounds and seeing their work live in real cafés, websites, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Design in-store signage, menus, posters, window decals, and promotional materials
• Create assets for seasonal launches, IP collaborations, and limited-time campaigns
• Support marketing operations including email graphics, social assets, digital screens, and print-ready files
• Update and maintain website and app design assets (banners, landing pages, promotions, UI updates)
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and digital teams to execute projects efficiently
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across physical and digital touchpoints

Qualifications

• Commercial design experience required
• (Retail, hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Experience designing for print, physical spaces, and digital platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Bonus: experience with menus, packaging, retail activations, website, or app designJob Details

• Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week) or Full-Time
• Location: Minnesota (hybrid flexibility available)
• Pay: $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience
