About the Role

Drive Promotions is hiring a Marketing Operations Director to lead advertising operations, content production, project management and client service for our primary client, Viva Auto Group. This position manages the daily execution of all marketing activities and ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and at a high standard.

This role is fully on site in El Paso.

Responsibilities

Advertising Operations

• Manage all paid media (digital, social, search, OTT, traditional)
• Monitor budgets, pacing, performance and reporting
• Review and optimize live campaigns for accuracy and ROI
• Coordinate with vendors, platforms and dealership teams

Content and Creative

• Oversee production of photo, video, graphic and written content
• Manage content calendars and approval workflows
• Ensure brand consistency across all Viva Auto Group stores
• Direct internal creators and freelance partners

Project Management

• Run the full intake-to-delivery workflow for all marketing projects
• Maintain timelines, track tasks and keep stakeholders informed
• Remove bottlenecks quickly and hold teams accountable
• Track KPIs and report results

Client Services

• Serve as the primary daily contact for Viva Auto Group leadership
• Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
• Provide weekly updates, reports and recommendations
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealership teams

Team Leadership

• Lead the internal Drive Promotions team
• Assign responsibilities, improve processes and maintain high output standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and performance management
• Drive operational discipline and clear communication across the department

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years experience in marketing operations, agency management or dealership marketing
• Strong expertise in paid advertising and campaign optimization
• Proven ability to oversee creative production
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Experience working with multi-location clients, preferably auto dealerships
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Must work in person in El Paso with monthly travel to Albuquerque, NM
