Marketing & Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing & Operations Executive who will be responsible for rack survey operations, truck weighbridge weight counting, and marketing coordination activities across industrial and port locations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both operational and marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Responsibilities:

• Conduct rack surveys at designated locations.
• Perform truck weighbridge weight counting and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure proper documentation of cargo movement and related operational activities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics teams for smooth execution of daily tasks.

2. Marketing & Business Development:

• Visit industrial areas and client locations in Jaghadiya for marketing activities.
• Conduct field visits to Ankleshwar GIDC for business development and client engagement.
• Visit Dahej Port for cargo division marketing and coordination.
• Identify potential clients and generate business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

3. Coordination:

• Coordinate with the internal marketing team regarding client requirements and follow-ups.
• Share field visit reports and marketing updates with management.
• Assist in preparing business proposals and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, weighbridge operations, survey work, or industrial marketing.
• Basic knowledge of cargo handling and truck weight measurement processes.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally between industrial areas and port locations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email reporting).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working in industrial zones or port-related operations.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
