Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across Marketing, Design, Development, and SEO teams
- Assign and track tasks using Odoo or similar project management tools
- Act as primary client contact through meetings, WhatsApp communities, and emails
- Review campaigns, creatives, and website projects for quality
- Conduct daily and weekly team check-ins
- Generate weekly performance reports for internal and client updates
- Suggest process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
- 2–4 years experience in a digital marketing or creative agency (Account Manager, Project Manager, or Brand Manager)
- Basic understanding of website development workflows (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management tools (Odoo, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
