The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Lead to own the execution engine across the company.

You’ll work closely with Andy Elliott’s team and our internal leadership to turn high-performing sales and leadership messaging into consistent campaigns that drive attendance, demand, and pipeline growth.

Andy Elliott is one of the most influential sales trainers and business coaches in the country. His content reaches millions. His live events attract serious operators. His team knows how to turn attention into action.

In this role, you’ll help turn that attention into measurable growth.

You’ll own execution across:

  • Live + virtual events
  • Founder-led content distribution
  • Email + nurture campaigns
  • Demand generation workflows
  • Cross-channel marketing coordination

Your job is simple (but not easy):

Turn founder ideas, talks, and stages into consistent output that drives attention, attendance, qualified leads, and revenue.

No endless strategy meetings.

No corporate bottlenecks.

You’ll be building the engine.


What You’ll Own

Marketing Execution + Rhythm

  • Own the rolling marketing calendar across events, launches, content, and email
  • Turn chaos into structure — and structure into weekly momentum
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across channels

Events (End-to-End)

  • Promote live and virtual events from start to finish
  • Build and manage pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing flows
  • Drive attendance, follow-up, demo bookings, and pipeline conversion

Content Repurposing + Cadence

  • Oversee consistent social posting cadence
  • Repurpose founder content into structured, repeatable campaigns
  • Maintain a reliable content production pipeline

Email + Campaigns

  • Manage event, launch, and nurture email campaigns
  • Ensure on-time deployment and continuous performance improvement
  • Optimize for engagement, list growth, and conversion

Lead Generation (Outside Events)

  • Generate qualified leads beyond the event funnel
  • Build workflows that consistently feed the pipeline

Contractor + Vendor Management

  • Source and manage editors, designers, and external vendors
  • Maintain accountability systems and deadline adherence
  • Ensure high standards without becoming the bottleneck

Performance Tracking + Analytics

  • Track what’s working — and what isn’t
  • Maintain dashboard reporting and CRM attribution accuracy
  • Improve execution based on data, not opinions


What Winning Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • A clear, visible, reliable marketing calendar
  • One major event marketed end-to-end with strong attendance and follow-up
  • Consistent social and email cadence without founder micromanagement
  • Qualified leads generated outside event cycles
  • Contractors operating within structured workflows
  • Clear reporting dashboards tracking performance and pipeline influence


Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000


Bonus Structure Details

All bonuses use a proportional payout methodology:

  • Every incremental achievement earns proportional compensation
  • No “all-or-nothing” thresholds
  • Accelerators up to 125% payout for exceptional performance

A detailed bonus calculator, targets, and scoring framework will be provided upon offer.

This role directly rewards operators who drive measurable outcomes.
