About the Work
Our lean, brand-led Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build and maintain the systems, tools, and data infrastructure that make our work more measurable, scalable, and strategic. This role is the technical backbone of our team, ensuring accurate tracking, trusted dashboards, and efficient workflows while identifying growth opportunities through data analysis. You will be expected to balance operational excellence with hands-on growth experimentation, showing technical depth, AI fluency, and a creative edge.
Responsibilities

Configure and maintain tracking for signup attribution, product events, and key conversion actions

Build and maintain trusted dashboards that connect ad platforms, web analytics, product and billing data, and more

Partner with Finance to surface and track metrics like net recurring revenue (NRR), cost of acquisition (CAC), and marketing-influenced revenue

Implement and administer marketing tools, including email marketing and CRM systems

Ensure data quality through regular audits and proactive monitoring

Maintain integrations and access management across the marketing tech stack

Establish a regular reporting cadence that informs marketing performance
-
Report on results quickly and accurately for campaigns, launches, and experiments

Translate complex data into actionable insights for Marketing and cross-functional partners

Create and maintain Marketing Team documentation

Build and maintain the source of truth for marketing metrics and performance

Manage agency relationship(s) and performance of all paid media activities

Identify growth opportunities by analyzing funnel performance, channel effectiveness, and customer behavior

Partner with other marketing functions (Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Events) to design and execute experiments

Run growth experiments, including landing page tests, campaign optimizations, and conversion improvements

Report on experiment results, translate learnings into recommendations, and maintain an experiment log across all marketing functions

Free up team capacity for creative and strategic work by reducing operational friction

Champion the adoption of AI tools across the Marketing Team, training others and identifying opportunities to accelerate and/or automate work

Streamline workflows and reduce tool fatigue through smart project management and process improvements

Support planning and execution by ensuring the team has the systems they need to self-manage

Train team members on tools, dashboards, and best practices for data-driven decision making
You bring 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth marketing in the B2B software space.
Beyond your impressive background, you also bring the following:

Strong technical fluency with web analytics, marketing automation platforms, AI workflows, and integration tools

Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, configure tracking, and maintain data quality across systems

Experience identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and running experiments

Successful ownership of creative marketing campaigns from concept through execution and measurement

Proven track record working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance teams

Experience supporting brand-led marketing initiatives in a creative environment

Comfort implementing and administering marketing tools, including CRM systems

Expertise leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and boost team productivity

Educational background in business, marketing, communications, project management, or another related field, whether through a degree program, courses/certifications, or comparable job experience

Step two: A Blind Screen with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Step three: A conversation via Zoom with the Director of Marketing and a member of the Marketing team to explore your background, creative approach, and how you think about marketing.

Step four: A technical interview over Zoom where we’ll dive deeper into your marketing expertise and problem-solving process.

Step five: Meet with potential peers to get a feel for the team dynamic and ask questions about day-to-day collaboration.

Step six: Complete a take-home project designed to showcase your strategic thinking, creativity, and marketing execution skills.

Step seven: A final conversation with the Director of Marketing to review your take-home project and talk through next steps.

Step eight: Pending all goes well, we'll extend an offer.
**We’re beginning interviews right away, but the person hired for this role will start in January 2026. This timeline gives both you and our team space for a thoughtful transition.
