We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to support customer acquisition campaigns, reporting, and the internal systems that power them.

This is a technical operations role, not a traditional creative marketing role. We are looking for someone who can own recurring campaign execution, improve internal workflows, build and maintain internal tools and automations, manage data accuracy across systems, and turn results into clear reporting and recommendations for leadership.

This role reports to the CTO and CEO and is best suited for someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with recurring weekly deadlines and high standards for accuracy. This is an individual contributor role. “Manager” in this case means owner/operator, not people manager.

Responsibilities

  • Own direct mail campaign operations and launch readiness from intake through final execution
  • Build, maintain, and improve internal tools, scripts, automations, and QA workflows that support campaign operations
  • Manage data movement, validation, and accuracy across spreadsheets, databases, and business systems
  • Support campaign setup and ensure data is posting correctly between operational platforms
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep deliverables on track
  • Create reporting and dashboards that give leadership a clear view of campaign readiness and performance
  • Analyze results and provide recommendations on process improvements and future testing opportunities
  • Maintain documentation, checklists, and process controls
  • Identify risk early and escalate or pause execution when accuracy or quality is at risk

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, revenue operations, analytics, business operations, or a similar hands-on role
  • Experience building or maintaining internal tools, scripts, automations, or workflows in PHP, Python, or a similar language
  • Strong experience with Excel and CSV-based workflows
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Postgres
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting operational reporting and recommendations to leadership
  • Comfortable working primarily on-site in Scottsdale

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Five9, Postgres, or similar operational platforms
  • Experience supporting direct response, offline acquisition, or campaign-based marketing operations
  • Experience in mortgage, lending, financial services, or another regulated industry
  • Experience working in a startup or lean team environment

This role does not own

  • Creative design or artwork
  • Brand or social media marketing
  • Budget or spend decisions

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
