We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly organized Marketing Operations Manager (AI-Driven) based in India to help scale Fueling Brains’ global marketing function. This role is pivotal in operationalizing our marketing strategy through AI-powered tools and automation, ensuring speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
You will set up, manage, and grow the India content studio, while also leading adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies for content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and automation. Acting as the bridge between the Director of Marketing (Calgary) and the India team, you will ensure seamless global collaboration and measurable marketing outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
AI-Enabled Content Studio Leadership

Establish and manage the India content studio, recruiting and mentoring a cross-functional team of designers, video editors, copywriters, and developers.

Deploy AI tools for content generation and editing (e.g., Jasper.ai, Anyword, Writer, Synthesia) to increase speed and output quality.

Build workflows where AI accelerates brainstorming, drafts, video production, and visual storytelling.

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in AI adoption.
2. Creative Operations & Project Management

Manage daily operations of the content studio with AI-assisted project tracking, review, and approval systems (e.g., Asana, Figma, Adobe CC).

Automate asset management and versioning to reduce turnaround time.

Maintain an AI-driven content calendar that integrates with campaign automation platforms.

Ensure creative outputs are brand-aligned, timely, and optimized for omni-channel use.
3. Marketing Tools & Digital Asset Management

Own and optimize the AI marketing stack across areas including:

Campaign automation & email marketing: Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot AI.

Social media automation: Sprout Social, Hootsuite Enterprise.

Conversational AI: IBM watsonx Assistant, Gupshup.

SEO/market research & insights: Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Rosette.

BI & reporting dashboards: Tableau + Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

Lead data-driven campaign execution across SEO, PPC, social, and email, leveraging AI for personalization, targeting, and performance optimization.

Build scalable dashboards that auto-refresh and provide actionable insights for leadership.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in a marketing operations or creative project management role, ideally in an agency environment.

Proven experience managing marketing production teams in India or globally.

2+ years of hands-on experience in directly managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators.

Hands-on experience with WordPress and digital campaign execution (SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media).

Deep understanding of AI marketing tools and their role in automation, scaling, and ROI.

Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, analytics, and AI-enabled reporting.

Proficiency in platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Jasper.ai, Synthesia, Anyword, Tableau, and project management tools like Asana.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong English communication skills with a flair for storytelling and creative direction.
Work Environment Requirements
