Position: Marketing Operations & Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: UAE (Remote with occasional in-person work)

Belvedere Marketing & PR is a marketing and PR company working with hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brands across the GCC. We are looking for a reliable and organized Marketing Operations & Social Media Coordinator to support our team with social media execution and internal coordination.

This role focuses on ensuring projects move smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and publish social media content
  • Create, maintain and update the content calendar
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer for visual assets
  • Track tasks and deadlines for ongoing projects
  • Manage, increase engagement, monitor comments and messages on all social media platforms.
  • Assist with content coordination and campaign execution
  • Support occasional photoshoots and team meetings
  • Provide administrative and coordination support

Requirements

  • Based in the UAE
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in social media, marketing coordination, or digital marketing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with a fast-paced small team
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools

Compensation

Part-time position or Freelancer

Salary range: Project based.
