Strategic Growth & Marketing Ambassador
Role Overview
This role is designed for a marketing professional who combines strategic execution with genuine compassion for children with autism and their families. We are not seeking transactional sales professionals or purely brand-focused marketers. The Marketing & Outreach Manager must be able to build authentic, trust-based relationships within the autism services community while executing measurable marketing and outreach initiatives.
This position requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, and accountability, representing the organization with integrity in both digital and in-person settings.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Execute marketing initiatives aligned with organizational growth goals
- Support brand visibility through digital marketing, email campaigns, and targeted outreach
- Ensure consistent, ethical healthcare messaging across all platforms
- Track and report campaign performance, referral trends, and outreach outcomes
Digital Marketing & Tools
- Utilize CRM systems to manage referral sources, contacts, and follow-ups
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives
- Support website content updates and local SEO visibility
- Monitor engagement metrics and prepare performance summaries
Community Outreach & Partnerships
Build and maintain professional relationships with:
- School districts and Child Study Teams
- Pediatricians, developmental specialists, and referral offices
- Preschools, early intervention programs, and community organizations
- Represent the organization during in-person visits, events, and presentations- Coordinate outreach activities such as lunch-and-learns, community presentations, and informational sessions
Brand Representation & Communication
- Serve as a compassionate and professional ambassador for autism services
- Communicate with families and professionals with cultural sensitivity and empathy
- Prepare outreach materials, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Maintain HIPAA awareness and ethical healthcare marketing standards.
Qualifications:
- Behavioral Health Specialist, BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, RN, Special Educator with work experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or community engagement
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and working with CRM systems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to balance compassion with performance metrics and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in autism services, ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare
- Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance environments

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
