Marketing & Partnerships

Overview
We’re looking for a highly proactive, execution-focused Marketing & Partnerships employee to help bring our marketing ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning concepts into real campaigns, building relationships with creators, and constantly improving what’s working.

You won’t just plan, you’ll make things happen. We are a small team so you will wear multiple hats and work closely with the CEO

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop creative marketing campaign ideas aligned with the brand
  • Own execution from concept → launch → optimization
  • Coordinate across channels (social, influencers, events, etc.)
  • Track performance and iterate to improve results

2. Product Seeding & Influencer Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to creators/influencers that align with the brand
  • Manage product seeding efforts
  • Build relationships with creators to generate high-quality content
  • Brief creators clearly and guide them to produce content we can use for ads
  • Track performance of creator content and double down on what works

3. Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute in-person events (e.g., races, pop-ups, brand activations). Travel may be required.
  • Handle logistics: setup, coordination, materials, staffing
  • Ensure strong brand presence and smooth on-site execution
  • Look for ways to maximize content and ROI from events

4. Social Series & Content Optimization

  • Oversee recurring social content series
  • Analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate on new ideas to keep content fresh and engaging
  • Help evolve formats into scalable, high-performing content
  • Social post scheduling
  • Organic engagement
  • Building community

5. Execution & Operations

  • Take marketing ideas and turn them into clear execution plans
  • Own timelines, coordination, and follow-through
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and results
  • Be scrappy, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

6. Ad Content

  • Creating ad content yourself that or coming up with concept ideas that we can create internally to run as ads
  • Taking ad performance metrics and adjusting concepts accordingly

What We’re Looking For

  • Genuine interest in marketing and a strong desire to learn and improve. You care about becoming great at marketing, not just doing the job
  • You enjoy learning outside of work (podcasts, content, following industry leaders and brands), not because it’s required, but because you’re interested
  • Experience is a plus, but not required. We value attitude, curiosity, and work ethic above all
  • Strong bias toward action - you execute, not just plan
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with an eye for what makes content perform. You bring new ideas to the table
  • Experience with social media
  • Willingness to be hands-on, including at in-person events

Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience but there will be a lot of room to grow. PTO, health, dental, and vision benefits available.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
