Reform House is looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to help us grow, build community, and make our studio the place to be.

We’re not looking for someone to just “post content.”

We’re looking for someone who can bring ideas, build buzz, and drive real growth.

What You’ll Own:

Social Media (Strategy + Execution)

• Plan weekly content (Instagram + TikTok)
• Shoot and edit content in-studio (Reels, Stories, etc.)
• Manage posting + engagement
• Understand what converts—not just what looks good

Marketing & Growth

• Bring fresh ideas for promotions, offers, and campaigns
• Help increase direct bookings + app downloads
• Support email and in-studio marketing efforts

Partnerships & Outreach

• Reach out to local influencers, brands, and businesses
• Coordinate collaborations, events, and giveaways
• Build relationships within the local community

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are proactive and come with ideas (not waiting for direction)
• Are comfortable reaching out and building relationships
• Have experience in social media + marketing (fitness/wellness is a plus)
• Can shoot/edit content on iPhone (Reels/TikTok)
• Are local and can be in-studio regularly

This is NOT for you if:

• You need to be told what to post
• You only focus on aesthetics vs growth
• You’re not comfortable with outreach or talking to people
• You’re looking for a fully remote role

Location: Cypress, CA (must be local)

Compensation: $800–$1,000/month depending on experience
