Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing & Physician Relations Manager to drive practice growth, strengthen referral relationships, and support physician engagement and recruitment. This role leads marketing initiatives, manages digital presence, and serves as a key liaison between the practice and referring providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and practices
• Develop outreach strategies and monitor referral trends
• Lead marketing strategy and coordinate with external partners
• Manage website content, SEO, and digital updates
• Expand social media presence and lead patient education and awareness initiatives
• Manage online reputation and community initiatives (including Zero Prostate)
• Support physician and APP recruitment, including site visits and interviews
• Develop patient newsletters and support internal engagement efforts
• Assist with physician well-being and burnout mitigation initiatives

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred), or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of healthcare marketing or physician relations experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with physicians and healthcare leadership preferred
