We at Bonita Practice Solutions are looking to add a Marketing & Practice Growth Coordinator to our thriving, rapidly growing dental group!
THE ROLE: BUILDER, NOT MAINTAINER We are a thriving, privately owned dental group with seven locations in Massachusetts (all within 45 minutes of Boston). We are 100% doctor-owned and operate with the heart of a private practice, but with the resources and trajectory of a high-growth organization.
Up to this point, our marketing has been managed by ownership and office managers. We have grown successfully despite this split focus. Now, we are hiring our first dedicated Marketing & Practice Growth Coordinator to take the reins.
WARNING: If you are looking for a slow-paced role where you simply post graphics to Facebook and wait for instructions, this is not for you.
We are looking for a Hunter/Strategist. We need a self-starter who can dig into our data, find opportunities, and execute campaigns that drive real patient visits.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO (Top 3 Priorities)
1. Internal Mining & "Low Hanging Fruit" (The #1 Priority): We have a massive database of existing patients who need high-value care (Invisalign, Cosmetics, Restorative).
- You will use our analytics software (Dental Intel/Modento) to identify these patient segments.
- You will design and execute customized outreach strategies to re-engage them.
- Success looks like: Turning a list of names into a full schedule of Invisalign consults.
2. The Bridge Between Data & Operations: We utilize top-tier external agencies for SEO, PPC, and Web Development. You will not replace them; you will maximize them.
- You will act as the liaison between the agency's data and our seven locations.
- You will collaborate with our Office Managers and Support Coordinators to marry "boots on the ground" insights with agency metrics.
- You will identify practice-specific needs (e.g., "The Attleboro location has gaps in hygiene next week") and deploy rapid marketing fixes.
3. Community Authority:
- You will be the face of our brand in the local community.
- You have the autonomy to identify and execute on sponsorship opportunities, local business partnerships, and events.
- If you spot a high-ROI opportunity on a Tuesday, we expect you to pitch it and execute it by Friday. We hate red tape.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You are a Self-Starter: You don’t need a daily task list. You see a problem (empty chair time) and you create a solution (a reactivations campaign).
- You are "Data-Aware": You understand that marketing isn't just about "brand awareness"—it's about generating revenue.
- You are a Chameleon: You are comfortable analyzing spreadsheets in the morning and energizing a dental team in the breakroom in the afternoon.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2-4 years in a marketing, sales, or growth-focused role. (Dental/Healthcare experience is a plus, but a "growth mindset" is mandatory).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with social media platforms, AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini), Google Workspace, and design tools (Canva).
- Logistics: You must be based within commuting distance of Attleboro, MA. While there is remote flexibility (1 day/week), this is a hands-on role that requires physical presence at our leadership hub and travel to our other local practices.
