Marketing & Product Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and organized Marketing & Product Assistant to support our growing luxury lighting brand in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and upload products in Odoo
• Collect and manage product images from Google Drive, catalogs, suppliers, and online sources
• Complete product information, categories, and descriptions
• Coordinate with photography and video team
• Assist with social media content and scheduling
• Organize media folders and marketing materials
• Check product accuracy between showroom items and Odoo records

Requirements:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of social media and digital tools
• Familiar with Google Drive, Excel, Canva, or similar tools
• Fast learner with good communication skills
• English required
• Odoo experience is a plus

Salary depends on working hours, experience, and responsibilities.
Part-time and full-time options are available.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
