Career Opportunity
As a Marketing Production Designer, you will bring efficiency, consistency, and a high standard of design to all marketing materials for Cariloop’s employers, partners, and members. This is a highly production-focused role, ideal for a designer who excels at swift, clean execution and enjoys delivering high-quality work at pace. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to turn ideas into polished visual assets that support campaigns, sales efforts, and member engagement while helping elevate and scale our brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in marketing design, visual design, graphic design, or brand design. If you are someone with 2–4 years of professional design experience, have held titles such as Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer, and enjoy partnering closely with marketing teams to produce reliable, production-ready assets, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling sales collateral, presentations, flyers, emails, event assets, and other customer- and member-facing materials, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven marketing environment. You’re highly organized, comfortable managing multiple requests, and skilled at moving quickly without sacrificing clarity or quality. You enjoy building and refining templates, systems, and repeatable design patterns that improve efficiency over time. You have a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency, and you take pride in delivering clean, dependable work that helps marketing teams move faster. Designers with experience supporting B2B and B2C/B2B2C marketing teams—and who are excited to grow their impact by strengthening design operations as well as execution—are especially encouraged to apply.

This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

  • Design, update, and maintain a wide range of marketing deliverables, including flyers, one-pagers, sales enablement materials, presentations, event assets, emails, and promotional collateral.
