Job Overview

Nulite Lighting is looking for a Marketing Production Specialist—an organized, detail‑driven content producer with strong technical and creative capabilities. This role is centered around producing high‑quality product renders, virtual environment scenes, and AI‑generated visual content to support our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in 3D visualization workflows, CAD‑based rendering, and modern AI content tools, while also being comfortable handling traditional marketing production tasks such as collateral.

This position is fast‑paced, hands‑on, and highly collaborative. As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with engineering, product development, and sales to translate technical product files into polished visuals that showcase our luminaires in realistic real‑world environments—office spaces, classrooms, corridors, healthcare lobbies, hospitality lounges, and more. You will help maintain brand consistency across all output types while ensuring efficient, high‑volume production of marketing assets.

Core Responsibilities

• Generate high‑quality product renders from supplied CAD, STEP, and engineering files.
• Create realistic AI‑assisted environment renders showing Nulite fixtures installed in commercial interiors.
• Produce digital marketing assets including web graphics, social posts, brochures, cut sheets, installation guides, and promotional materials.
• Manage a steady flow of production deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Update and maintain technical collateral across all product families.
• Assist with backend website updates, product page content, image uploads, and resource management.
• Create and adapt visual content for social media, email campaigns, and trade show materials.
• Support trade show preparation through rendered booth scenes, printed collateral, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate visuals that reflect technical specifications.
• Maintain consistent visual identity aligned with the Nulite brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in content production, rendering, or technical marketing.
• Proficiency with CAD‑based rendering pipelines (e.g., KeyShot, Blender, SolidWorks Visualize, V‑Ray) or equivalent.
• Experience working with STEP, IGS, and CAD files to create photorealistic product images.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).
• Experience with AI‑driven visual tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
• Familiarity with architectural or lighting‑related industries preferred.
• Ability to work within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment with shifting priorities
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset workflows, and basic SEO/website management beneficial.
