An established marketing agency in West St. Louis County is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to coordinate the development and production of brochures, reports, and other marketing support materials for a major national client.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple small-scale projects simultaneously while collaborating with in-house writers, designers, and client stakeholders to deliver polished, accurate marketing materials.

Approximately 95% remote, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate projects within the client’s project management platform (Workfront) and manage them from kickoff through final delivery.
• Coordinate daily with internal creative staff (copywriter and designers) and multiple client contacts.
• Track deadlines and ensure all projects stay on schedule and meet client requirements.
• Proofread and perform light copy editing on marketing materials.
• Ensure all edits from both internal staff and clients are correctly applied.
• Review imagery and layout elements to confirm alignment with project goals and client branding standards.
• Maintain clear communication across multiple stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, or Account Manager in a marketing, communications, or creative environment.
• Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and written communication.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing production workflows for digital and print materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain productive working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Knowledge of 4-color process printing, spot color printing, and production methods.
• Experience working with Workfront or similar project management platforms.
• Knowledge of PDF ADA accessibility compliance.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
