Key Responsibilities

· Counselling: Provide accurate and comprehensive information to prospective students and parents regarding CU courses, admission processes, and career prospects.

· Outreach: Conduct focused BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities and outreach programs in local schools, colleges, and educational institutes.

· Lead Management: Diligently manage, track, and follow up on leads generated through various channels (online, events, referrals).

· Events: Organize and represent Chandigarh University at educational fairs, exhibitions, and promotional seminars in the region.

· Target Achievement: Work towards achieving defined monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

· Experience: 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Counseling, or the Education sector is preferred. Freshers with a flair for sales and communication are also encouraged to apply.

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

· Essential Skills: Excellent communication in English and Malayalam is mandatory. Strong presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

· Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Ernakulam, Trivandrum, Calicut, Thrissur).
