Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Program Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and print advertising. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The Marketing Program Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Duties

  • Manage incoming execution requests for digital campaigns supporting global marketing.
  • Assist in delivering demand generation campaigns to support the marketing programs.
  • Work closely with global and cross-functional team members as well as outside vendors.
  • Initiate & manage asset translations.
  • Build and manage the full lifecycle of campaigns in Marketo: build, edit, test, launch, report and optimize.
  • Provide creative, strategic insight and direction regarding copy and content approaches, call to action and promotional strategies leveraging industry best practices and performance reports.
  • Ensure QA standards and protocols are being met prior to campaign launches.
  • Track and report on the success of initiatives and communicate those results to internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns: measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to internal stakeholders. Make recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Recommends and implements segmentation best practices.
  • Test and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current opt-in laws, industry best practices and are relevant to our target demographic.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts and provide support.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience thinking through strategy as much as executing.
  • Hands-on experience on HTML/CSS email design, Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) understanding of email client compatibilities.
  • Experience performing testing and QA of email in multiple browsers and clients.
  • Experience in project managing and handling high volume intake requests from diverse global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Adobe Marketo Engage.
  • Expertise with CRM applications such as Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, managing, deploying and reporting on campaigns.
  • Knowledge of privacy, email regulations and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and email optimization for conversion and engagement.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
