Overview
The Marketing, Programs & Member Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Kentucky Credit Union League’s mission by driving marketing initiatives, overseeing key member programs, supporting compliance and business development activities, and assisting with advocacy and financial operations. This position requires a versatile professional who excels in digital marketing tools, program management, relationship-building with credit unions across Kentucky, and attention to detail in administrative and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications:
· Manage HubSpot administration, including the generation and assembly of monthly activity reports.
· Provide marketing support through website updates, content management, and maintenance.
· Design and create marketing materials using Canva or other design platforms.
· Travel as necessary to accomplish duties and responsibilities.
· Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Program Oversight & Member Engagement:
· Oversee Elevate, the Kentucky Women’s Leadership Organization, including program coordination and member support.
· Manage CU Connect Lunches — monthly regional networking events that provide complimentary lunches for local credit union employees.
· Lead the Advocacy Ambassador program, which engages more than a dozen credit union employees from various institutions to broaden grassroots advocacy efforts.
· Engage with Credit Union Management Team, as needed.
· Attend Credit Union events, as needed.
Business Development & Member Relations
· Conduct occasional in-person visits with credit union leaders throughout Kentucky to understand their needs, share League resources, and strengthen relationships.
· Attend Chapter meetings throughout the Commonwealth
· Assist with broader business development initiatives on behalf of the League.
Compliance, Auditing, & Operations
· Perform cash count audits at client credit union branches, prepare audit reports, and handle invoicing.
· Support Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) audits by collecting documentation and assisting with report preparation.
· Assist in managing bookkeeping and reporting for the League’s Political Action Committee (PAC).
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong experience with HubSpot CRM/administration and marketing automation.
· Proficiency with website content management systems.
· Demonstrated experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally within Kentucky for member visits and events.
· High attention to detail, especially in compliance, reporting, and financial tasks.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Prior experience in credit unions, financial services, associations, or nonprofit program management.
· Familiarity with advocacy programs or political action committees
· Experience planning and executing networking events
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Pay: $52,629.00 - $78,944.00 per year
