Role: Project/Program Manager – Marketing Operations
Location: Mountain View, CA-Hybrid-3x/week
Duration: 18+ Months Contract
Direct Client
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project/program delivery for strategic marketing initiatives.
- Drive process mapping, optimization, and simplification across marketing operations.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Product).
- Present program updates, risks, and performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure operational excellence, data accuracy, and on-time execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong program/project management experience in Marketing or Marketing Ops.
- Expertise in process mapping, re-engineering, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Preferred:
- PMP/PgMP certification.
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Budgeting and financial planning exposure.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
