Role Description

• The Marketing Team Lead will oversee and manage the marketing team, drive strategic campaigns, and coordinate efforts to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists like SEO, Graphics, Social Media, etc.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain and enhance the company's social media presence.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and SEO initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision.
• Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
