Marketing Project Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager who knows how to turn ideas into high-impact campaigns - and actually get things done.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects across teams, and understand both digital marketing and offline activations, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Marketing Project Manager, you'll be at the center of our marketing engine - owning the execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels.

You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and external partners to launch campaigns that drive real business results.

This is not a "just coordination" role - we're looking for someone who takes ownership and delivers.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid media, CRM, affiliates, social, webinars).
  • Coordinate offline initiatives (exhibitions, events).
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Define timelines, priorities, and deliverables - and make sure they happen.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Handle ad-hoc campaigns and urgent launches with speed and precision.
  • Independently launch Facebook ads, prepare presentations for webinars, organize in-person meetings with potential clients, and so on.
Who We're Looking For
  • 3-6+ years in marketing project management / marketing operations.
  • Experience in Forex, CFD, Crypto, Fintech, or similar industries is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record managing both digital campaigns and offline events.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across teams - not just within marketing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing environments.
  • Experience managing multi-region campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
