Marketing Project Manager

Job Overview
Pennebaker is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join its growing team. This role is essential in driving projects forward by maintaining clear communication, ensuring accountability across teams, and keeping timelines and deliverables on track. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems collaboratively, and takes pride in creating structure, visibility, and momentum across projects.

Duties

  • Develop, monitor, and update project timelines/roadmaps via Asana and Smartsheets, ensuring that 95% of key milestones are met internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the client success team to ensure that all Asana tasks are organized, updated, and within our scope.
  • Take an active role and think critically when reviewing weekly internals and deliverables, including developing project status reports to be shared internally and externally.
  • Document thorough notes in all internals and share them with team members within an hour of the conclusion of the meeting.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders per project. Written and verbal communication should be clear, succinct, grammatically, and punctually accurate to help provide context to an action item, follow up, or warrant a response/action.

Experience

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency or client-facing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of project management platforms such as Asana and Smartsheet
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
  • Prior agency experience preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
