POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives on behalf of clients. This role serves as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with each client's business objectives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, and paid media, combined with strong project management instincts and excellent client communication skills.

Location: Lahore (Remote)
Working Hours: EST Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
- Act as the primary client liaison — conducting regular check-ins, presenting performance reports, and facilitating monthly and quarterly strategy reviews
- Coordinate with web design, development, and content teams to plan and execute website updates, launches, and ongoing optimizations
- Oversee SEO, PPC, link-building, and content marketing activities, aligning efforts with each client's goals and priorities
- Conduct competitive analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
- Monitor key performance metrics on a monthly basis; identify trends, diagnose underperformance, and propose data-driven improvements
- Maintain organized project documentation including timelines, task ownership, campaign briefs, and status updates
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client results and internal workflows
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency or client-service experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategy, social media management, and PPC fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with WordPress; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms
- Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up habits
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
