Role:
The Marketing Projects Coordinator will assist in the planning and executing of Rave's advertising and promotions projects, while measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and ensuring compliance of all communications materials. Responsible for managing the company's website by working with senior management to accommodate the specific requirements of each department. Support key business initiatives by developing brand awareness and generating product adoption through various platforms.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Design and execute marketing campaigns and communications as part of the annual marketing plan and budget.

Create and execute marketing programs for targeted services and products, including direct mail and email projects.

Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy resulting in a consistent brand voice that is effective and compelling.

Utilize ARCU, Episys, Integrator, the MCIF database, and/or other marketing software to maximize the effectiveness of marketing programs.

Forecast and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs using return on investment analysis and report results to the VP of Marketing for evaluation and incorporation into the strategic plan.

Coordinate work with advertising agencies, writers, designers, printers, vendors and mail houses.

Manages MOCU’s website and social media channels, including content, paid programs and interaction.

Ensure compliance of marketing materials and brand standards across the organization, including visits to branches to inspect and replace marketing materials as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’ s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or relevant field.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.

Knowledge of NCUA and NASD/SIPC compliance requirements.
