About the Role

Tonab Architecture PLLC is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to support the planning, development, and submission of proposals for public sector and institutional projects. This is a hybrid role combining proposal coordination and digital marketing, working closely with firm leadership and project teams in a fast paced, collaborative studio environment.

We are looking for creative, curious, and energetic professionals who are highly organized and motivated by teamwork, deadlines, and high quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of RFQ and RFPs for public sector and institutional clients.
  • Report directly to the Business Development Coordinator and firm Principals.

Draft, edit, and format proposal narratives and supporting content, coordinating input from principals and project teams.

  • Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure on time, compliant submissions.

Maintain and update marketing and proposal records, including project experience, staff resumes, certifications, licenses, and prequalification documents.

  • Support a hybrid proposal and digital marketing role, including content coordination for Instagram and LinkedIn.

Assist with website updates, including project uploads, staff profiles, news, and content revisions.

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across proposals and digital marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on InDesign.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
  • Experience in AEC marketing, proposals, or public sector procurement preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
