Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Public Relations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and public relations campaigns to promote our events, enhance our brand presence, and engage with our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and public relations strategies for events.
• Create and manage content for various platforms including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
• Coordinate with media outlets to ensure effective coverage of events.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Plan and execute promotional events, press conferences, and other public-facing activities.
• Handle crisis communication and manage the company's reputation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing and PR efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the events industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and media relations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Willing to relocate in Sharjah.
