Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing & Reception Coordinator to join our vibrant team! You will coordinate front desk operations, manage digital marketing campaigns, and support our brand growth through strategic content creation and outreach. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital channels to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage website content using WordPress, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling content including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Oversee advertising sales efforts by coordinating with partners and managing ad placements on digital platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure ROI and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Support product management initiatives by coordinating promotional activities for new offerings or services.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing projects to ensure cost-effective execution while maximizing impact.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role with a focus on multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress and basic HTML skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing approaches and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging messages.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
