Marketing Reporting Assistant

Job Summary: The Marketing Reporting Assistant works under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator and is responsible for supporting the marketing reporting division, providing accurate reports for vendors and managing accounts on Weblink.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and set-up new accounts on Weblink.
2. Maintain and set-up can/can’t buy files.
3. Issue Road Hazard customers monthly billing.
4. Perform various miscellaneous tasks; process typing or mailings given by Marketing Coordinator.
5. Verify customer program enrollments and ensure compliance and accuracy of new enrollments, submit to manufacturers
6. Issue dealer credits for various programs, rebates and purchase incentives.
7. Work with and report any problems to the Marketing Coordinator.
8. Manage the salesperson spiffs for Driving Force and Milestone which include setting up Excel worksheets and reporting sales to vendors via on line portal. Driving Force is completed by the 7th of each month and Milestone between the 5th and 10th of each month (level II)
9. Issue Goodyear Marketing Fund credits by the 15th of each month (level II)
10. Complete tracking for Dealer Programs and report to vendors monthly. (level II)
11. Gain a general understanding of all associate dealer programs. (level II)
12. Gain an in-depth understanding of all programs. (level III)
13. Assist in training and development of Marketing Reporting Assistant upon new hiring process. (level III)
14. Keep procedures up to date; ensure peak performance and department consistency, as accuracy is a top priority. (level III)

Job Requirements:
1. Project a professional image of yourself and the company.
2. Ability to work overtime, some weekends and travel may also be required.
3. Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Must be able to prioritize and organize effectively.
5. Must be detailed and accurate; assure that competent, superb work is being done.
6. Ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.
7. Possess a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, show concern and handle questions accordingly.
8. Ability to work independently and ability to make good decisions.
9. Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods.
10. Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment: computer, telephone, copier, fax, and calculator.

Level I Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Intermediate Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

Level II Minimum Qualifications: Requirements for Marketing Reporting Assistant I; Plus, 2 years business or related degree ~or~ equivalent experience.

Level III Minimum Qualifications: Requirements for Marketing Reporting Assistant II; Plus, advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills, ability to serve as back up to one other position within department.
